A/X Mobius Build
Im an exp GW player (2000 hrs over 16 months i think) but my main proffession's are Necro and Warrior. I recently made an assassin to make GW interesting again and this is the best build ive came up with yet:
(I know this build isnt anything new or special)
Dagger Mastery - 16
Critical Strike - 13
Shadow Arts - Rest
Critical Agility[card]Golden Phoenix Strike[/card][card]Death Blossom[/card][card]Moebius Strike[/card][card]Critical Eye[/card][card]Dash[/card][card]Feigned Neutrality[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]
I hated how when i played my old assassin (when factions first came out) i would spam my combo then i would have to wait, then spam again. I like this build because i can just keep spamming my skills without any downtime in ideal conditions (no enchant removal, and e-managment)
Although i would like some advice on what to use for 5-7 skills (crit eye, dash, Feigned) I rarely use Feigned, Dash is just fun to use and is a utility and crit eye has great synergy with crit agility (and who doesnt like having alot of crit hits)
Now, when i first made the sin i THOUGHT that Faithfull and Watchfull intervention were under Earth Prayers (too good to be true) which would be SOOOO cool. But since they arent i am still trying to make the A/D work. so if you have any suggestions reguarding making this build better as an A/D or an A/X please give me some advice.

could probably swap in critical strike for Critical eye, considering it is a gamble for critical agility
Usually people use Feigned Neutrality with Deadly Paradox since the 25 cooldown is pretty long. Maybe swap it out for something that teleports you back to your team since you have roughly 3ish shadow arts meaning it lasts around 4 seconds.
The moebius--> death blossom combo is pretty common though

I use Bonetti's Defense instead of Feigned Neutrality, doesn't require a lot of attribute investment and it blocks attacks and gives you energy. Adrenaline charges up quickly with dual attacks.

I woul suggest Temple Strike, Death Charge and maybe Critical Defenses if ness, I use a similar build that is fun to spam Death Blossom, Moebius Stirke, Death Blossom, Moebius Stirke, Death Blossom, Moebius Stirke, Death Blossom, Moebius Stirke you get the point

With what you have right now, I think one improvement might be to either add Twisting Fangs or Impale for a Deep Wound instead of Dash or Feigned (since you say you don't use them that much).
I also have a Moebius Strike build that I usually run with, but it's a little bit different than yours.
[card]Siphon Speed[/card][card]Black Spider Strike[/card][card]Twisting Fangs[/card][card]Moebius Strike[/card][card]Death Blossom[/card][card]Feigned Neutrality[/card][card]Plague Touch[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]
What I like about this build is it starts out and delivers poison and bleeding for 7 health degen, plus a deep wound. Then once all of the conditions are in place you start cycling through the serious damage caused by hitting Death Blossom over and over again. If you have to run there's a good chance that they are low on health and the degen will finish them off in a few seconds.
Siphon Speed is used because it has a low cost and a fast recast time, in case it's stripped or something goes wrong (you need the hex for black spider). You can exchange Siphon Speed for Parasitic Bond also, which has a little faster recast time, but I think the speed increase/decrease is more useful, especially if you're not specing much in curses.
Feigned Neutrality, Plague Touch and Rez Signet are all basically optional. I have been using this in PvE to pretty good effect. The only bad thing is if your enemy dies too fast, before you can hit Moebius Strike, then you have a long downtime as you wait for Black Spider to recharge.

Is ^^^ this post more for PvP? I was guessing so since there is no critical agility (dont know why you wouldnt have it in PvE) I will definetly look into siphon speed for PvP. Also for deep wound i used impale in PvP.

I don't have critical agility because my guy has been only over in Factions and has not gone over to Nightfall. You're right it does seem like a very good skill though. Siphon speed does seem to be more useful in PvP too, I just use it since it has a quick recast.
I'm not saying I have the best possible PvE build, it's just what I am using now and seems to work ok.

How about Augury of Death instead of siphon speed and you could also replace twisting fangs since augury adds the deep wound. The only bad thing about the skill that i can see is the 12 sec recharge :/

If you swap dash for critical defenses, and feigned neutrality for mystic regen then bump earth prayers to 8 you have my normal build. it works well.

Enchants / Stances are ineffective in PvP... to me. Expunge Enchantments and Wild Strike get rid of 'em, if you make successful.
